When will cruises reopen? Carnival has updated their schedule and stated that eight of their cruise ships will be sailing again this summer. The rest of their fleet will resume cruising in September 2020. Operation in Australia was also affected. The suspension was extended up to October 2020. The latest information regarding when Disney Cruise Line sailings can resume is mixed. While the entire cruise line is still closed, some of its ships are resuming operations. The rest Disney Cruise Line fleet remains closed until November. Emerald Cruises also announced that sailings on Portugal’s Douro River will be resumed on July 31.
